During these private one to one sessions your weight coach will work with you to develop a strategy which will enable you to succeed at you weight goals.
These sessions will not only teach you how to lose weight but how to keep the weight off once you have lost it.
Personalized Home Study Course
At present we only have offices situated in the North West of England so we have taken the very best material and incorporated it into a personalized home study course.
This study course will teach you all of the material that you would learn during a personal one to one session.
You will also be designated your very own personal weight coach who will be at hand to ensure your success.
